Standard Shipping: Curb Side Delivery

If your order is large and/or heavy we will arrange Standard Tracking shipping. The Standard Tracking shipping is a shipping method, which can be described as a "Curb Side Delivery".

If you are ordering a very large or/and heavy item, you or your partners will need to help the driver to unload the merchandise from the truck, otherwise, the driver may have to use the lift gate and you will be charged additional fees for the lift gate which is not included in the freight paid. Please keep in mind that you need someone to help to move it.
You will be contacted for an appointment by the Shipping Company ahead of time so that you can plan your schedule accordingly. Shippers are expected to notify you of a delivery day, time and service options, so you can have the appropriate help available to get your order into your home if necessary. Please note that shipping times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. If you are not at home when the delivery was scheduled and the freight company has to return with your order, a second delivery fee may apply based on the carrier.

Under no circumstances can the items left outside of the house or apartment unattended.

Shipping Time:

The item normally leaves our facility within five working days after we have received your payment. Please allow 2-4 weeks delivery time for your ordered item/s to arrive. Please keep in mind that larger items takes longer time to arrive.

Shipping Notification and Your Phone Number:

The shipping company will contact you when they arrive in your town. You must provide your phone number when making your payment. You must be at home or your office to accept delivery. Otherwise, it may incur shipment delay and/or additional charges.

Shipping Terms:

The delivery drivers are not insured to bring your merchandise inside your home. The delivery does not include unpacking, setup/assemble, removal. If the merchandise is shipped on pallets, please assist the delivery man in unloading the merchandise. Otherwise, the freight company may charge a lift gate fee on your part which is not included in the shipping and handling fees you have paid.

Before You Sign the Delivery Receipt:

Please inspect the packaging and content for any damage that may have occurred while in transit and have it signed by the carrier/driver and Send us a description and clear digital photograph of the damaged items/parts within 7 days. Please keep in mind that we can not assist you in your claim for any damages or discrepancies after the package has been signed and accepted upon delivery, or any supporting document and photo received after the 7-day period.

Ship to US 48 contiguous states only: No shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico.

Shipping Insurance:

If optional shipping insurance is paid at the time of purchase, you will be covered for any damages in transit. We will also handle all freight claims and pick up the damaged item and replace it with a new one. If you opt out of the insurance it will be the buyer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company and wait to get reimbursement from them.

Exchange / Return / Refund:

Your complete satisfaction is our first priority. If a refund is requested when your order is ready to ship, 20% restocking and handling fee will be applied on the original total amount. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with our product, simply return it within 3 days of arrival for a full refund, less all shipping and handling fees. A 20% restocking fee will also be applied.

If you are not satisfied with something, please send it back within 30 days of the item being shipped from our warehouse (as determined by tracking number) and we will gladly exchange, credit, or refund the cost of the item. Shipping and handling cannot be reimbursed, so please be aware that if you are purchasing a product that has "Free Shipping" our actual shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.

All of our products carry a New Product Warranty that promises an item is new and in original condition upon arrival. This warranty covers against defects unrelated to shipping/handling damage. We can provide replacements or parts if a defect is reported within 7 days after receiving the item.

If you are missing parts in your order, please let us know within 30 days of the ship-out date, and we will provide replacement parts for you, free of charge.

While Primeelegance works to fulfill the New Product Warranty for our customers, the actual warranty is offered by the manufacturers of our items. Primeelegance acts as a mediator in the process of warrantee fulfillment, and cannot be held liable for the actual fulfillment of the warranties.

Please note that new parts do not carry a new warranty, they are considered extensions of the original item warranty and are subject to the same time constraints regarding notification and fulfillment.

Due to processing, warranty fulfillment may take many weeks to complete.
