Store Policies
PrimeElegance offers the following Return Policy:
1. All returns are accepted in 7 days within the receipt time for a full refund less the round trip shipping charges and 25% restocking fee.
2. All damage/shortage must be reported to Primeelegance.com in 7 days of arrival and noted on the delivery receipt signed by the driver.
3. All damages/shortage must be supported with clear photographs for claim processing and possible inspection.
